If you are the adventuresome type and have a flexible vacation schedule, we have a deal for you!  We occasionally have a last minute cancellation that results in an unexpected vacancy.  If you call us or e-mail us within 14 days of when you would like to arrive and we have a vacancy, we will listen to any reasonable offer you would like to make us on the cabin.  We will give you an answer within an hour of receiving your call or e-mail.

Please understand that once we accept your offer, you will be required to give us your credit card number and put down a non-refundable, 100% deposit on your reservation.  We do allow substitutions, however, in case something comes up and you are unable to make the trip.
