Extra
Persons: Rates included the number of people as stated for each cabin. An extra person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number. The Extra Person Charge is $25/day or $125/week. Children ages 2 and under are free of charge.
Day Visitors: For the privacy and security of our resort guests, we require that all day visitors must register at the office. We want your friends and relatives to feel welcome should they drop by for a visit. Please note that we allow our paying guests one day to have visitors with no charge (not to exceed the cabin maximum occupancy or exceed 4 hours). If, however, visitors are present any additional days for any length of time, there will be a charge of $20 plus tax for each extra person, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposits and payments are non-refundable. If we are able to completely re-rent your cabin at the regular rate and for the entire length of your reservation, we will refund all of the deposit less a $50 handling fee.
Pet Policy: We do allow dogs in cabins 1-6 & 9. However, there is a $125 per week per pet fee (or $25 per day). All pets must be leashed or tied while on the premises. Pets cannot be left unnattended in cabins. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. If your dog is used to being on the furniture at home, please bring some sheets or blankets to cover our furniture with. Please DO NOT use our blankets, sheets or bedspreads for your pets. No cats, please.
